Over 13,000 Season Cards

It will be interesting to see if they give the number after early bird deadline. It's probably heading for around the 20k mark again. Brilliant for so early. If we go up I would expect it to reach 25k. Which should mean whatever happens we have over 20k locked in. Exciting times.

Anyone know how many early bird we sold last year?

If I recall rightly, the EB number is usually surprisingly low compared to the final total.

I think once pay day comes this week be close to 20k to be honest. I reckon alot like me be thinking if we get Premier league football it will be a right chew trying to get seats togeather

Is there really no STs available in the South Stand or is there some sort of glitch?
Looking for 2 new applicant tickets together in South ideally. If I can't get in the south, I would want to be in GRZ but doesn't seem to be tickets in either.

I know a lot of my mates renewed in the last few days as often do it last minute.

2 of my mates have jumped on for next season after rotating the use my other halves free ticket this year. She missed most of this season as didn’t want to leave our newborn so only started going again recently.

One got the seat next to our group and one finds out Friday if he’s got into the GRFZ with his lad. If not he’s just going to get 2 seats near us in the North.

I’ve spoke to a few others who are considering getting new ST’s this week. Definitely a feel good factor around at the minute!

The club should have said any newbies who buy before the deadline are guaranteed a ticket for Wembley (Should we need it) ;)

Bear in mind the blocks towards the away section aren't available for season cards.
Something to do with the area being needed to be made available for cup allocations.

I hope the club announce how many the final number is. I’d be interested to know if the south stand looks sold out whether that includes the section they open if there sufficient demand match by match.

3k sold in the last 5 days, so I'd certainly expect more than that again to be sold as the deadline approaches

They should be sold on the basis you agree youre not guaranteed a ticket in this scenerio as peeved off as youd be

But yes cup games usually see a 4.5k allocation

South Stand wil be sold out and Family Section by the end of this week (unles the club expand it).

Blocks 54.55.56 and 57 in the South Stand will sell out for the next home game but not available for STs.

My guess was around 21k Season tickets by the start of next season that's based on Championship, much more if PL.

Some may come free if people don’t renew but they wouldn’t get released until after 31st March, so you miss EB prices.

Is there anything to show what the season ticket prices will be after the Early Bird deadline?

I can only see the Early Bird Renewal and Early Bird New prices.

Be useful to know how much the Early Bird prices will potential save you and therefore how attractive they are.

There is usually a later date for ones that are released from the seats previously occupied by non-renewers, often end of June.

Prices go up by approx 20% after E/Bird.

For people wnting a ticket but no way of paying in full at present, the Club do have some credit schemes if you think you can afford one if paid monthly.

New Credit cards with 0% interest could suit some fans with right credit rating and discipline to clear balances later in the year

Don’t they also operate a ‘1 free move’ process, so people could get a seat somewhere else eg North Stand and then if some South Stand seats are not renewed by June, potentially switch then?

It's a shame more season cards aren't available in the south. That's where the atmosphere comes from.
With hindsight red red faction should have set up camp in the corner of the north stand. Plenty of room in there.

Per the MFC minutes...
RF asked why we don’t we sell South stand season tickets to the right of the south stand (if facing the pitch) but can buy walk ups. HB advised that this is because of Cup ticket requirements. Because the FA Cup away allocation is higher than league matches (15% of capacity so up to c5,000) in a scenario where we have a home tie with a full away allocation, we would need to move season tickets holder from those south stand seats. In previous seasons, when we did move supporters, this did cause significant difficulties however is something that we reviewing.
