    Dog Advice!

Where do you take him for a walk? How often do you change the route? Does he get lots of sniffs and interesting/different environments to check out? It's not necessarily the length of the walk that's important but the amount of stimulation he gets from the environment.

How many coffees do you have a day?

Yup. Both harm the amount of REM sleep you get even if alcohol will make you tired and sleepy the quality of sleep will be poor.

How many coffees do you have a day?

2 cups usually, won’t drink a caffeinated drink after 1pm now. Ended up with AFib a few years ago, after much trial and error I think poor sleep is a huge trigger for me, since I got that right I haven’t been in AFib for close to 18 months now. Even if you can still go to sleep the caffeine in...

    * The Unofficial "Official" Boro v Blackburn Rovers [03/24] Match-Day thread *

No different to the last 3 games really just without the 3 points, we couldn't keep winning with those kinds of performances.

    Are you a Mackem?

    McNair - Rav - Clarke

If Lenihan gets back to his best I think him and Rav will be a great partnership assuming we go back to a back 4 next season at the latest.

    Isaiah Jones

I'd love to see Jones at wing back, I think he played his best football for us there but it would be harsh to drop Ayling after his last few games.

    Aj v Ngannou

Wallin is average, he is fairly durable but he has no power so he's never going to beat top 5 heavyweights. Ortiz x2, Duhaupas and Stiverne(1st fight) are better wins than Wallin. I've said the same after Fury beat him too, Fury should never be losing a round against Wallin but Fury will do...

    Aj v Ngannou

It's actually quite entertaining when I think about criticisms of Wilder on here about how he never fought anyone and until he does then he can't be a top heavyweight but apparently you can be at your best and a top heavyweight by beating Ngannou, Wallin and Helenius(who Wilder put fast akip in...

    The thing about Michael Carrick

His willingness to adapt recently has been the most impressive thing he has done here in a lot of ways. I don't think the back 3 is the long term solution but I didn't think he was willing to change. I'm all for having principles and a style of play but when you're shooting yourself in the foot...

    Aj v Ngannou

Nothing, he has just got himself in a tizzy over Fury and AJ as usual. Fury's opponents have been very poor but no one claimed Fury looked rejuvenated or back to his best when he put Chisora away because it didn't mean much. AJ has done the right thing for his career and what I said he should...

Extraordinary post on the Sunderland forum

He's just pretending to not hate us because we always beat them!

Wouldn't be so sure about that. People on here last year were wanting us to lose to teams that might stop Sunderland getting in the playoffs rather than playing ourselves into form after we'd gone off the boil.

Extraordinary post on the Sunderland forum

They don’t hate us like a lot of our fans would want to believe. A lot of them wanted us to beat Coventry in the playoffs.

Don’t think we will be troubling the playoffs based on that but at least we finally look defensively competent. We are doing the basics right, getting stuck in and at least giving ourselves a chance to win games. I personally don’t think the back 3 can last forever, it’s a needs must thing...
