    Little anecdote- since my post I’ve started couch to 5k cut back on the coffee and my BP has significantly dropped to 120s/90s - nurse is happy to keep me off tablets as a result - so lifestyle changes have dramatic effect

    I had a random test last week when I saw doc about something else, was 174/116 - I was in shock, I don’t drink don’t smoke eat relatively well but overweight. Very stressful job but work say “it’s part of the job”. Waiting for follow up as BP at home has swung between 128/96 to 160/115 so need...
