I take your point, but the results were what they were.

If the points deduction was applied at that season's conclusion Wycombe definitely stay up. No maybe about it.

That's true, but the EFL had been trying to apply the deduction for months before the end of the season, Derby deliberately dragged it out.
The deduction was only finally applied in November.

Mel Morris says he 100% owns the stadium and training facilities, not Derby County.

The new bidders are getting the players contracts, club shop, £6m withheld by EFL for Covid support, name of Derby County, goodwill/brand. plus all the liabilities.
 
Would be great if new owners told MM to stick his stadium up his arris and would hence forth be moving to Nottingham and ground sharing with Forest.
