Christ, do you really want to abuse the derby fans at this game?? Please tell me people don't really want to do that. Yes I do hope they go down, yes I do think they deserve what they are getting, yes I do think they should pay every creditor every penny including us. But I also do not want our fans abusing their fans and taking the **** out of them going bust, and if we do, I really hope we don't complain on here when they inevitably start trying to fight us on the way out, and have to witness the usual "disgusting behaviour there were women and children there comments", if we behave the way it seems some people are asking us to behave, then this game will be carnage before and after. Please just back the team and leave the derby fans to disgrace themselves, just resist rising to it and do not take the **** out of them going bust. They're going down and hopefully very soon were going up with a cheque from derby in the bank.
 
I don’t want Derby to go out of business but I do think they should have had a bigger penalty than the EFL handed out. Look at Darlo’s punishment. Did anyone else have shares in the Derby boardroom? Was Morris acting unilaterally in that boardroom or were others in on it - does anyone know?

Yes he is, i agree he is a great chairman and were very lucky to have him. why don't you take that to Derby when they are liquidated, just make sure the locals are truly as miserable as you hope they will be. I just hope we don't mind the abuse and inevitable attacks our fans are likely to endure at different grounds after we decide its wise to rub it in. No doubt we will spend our time whining about the injustices we are facing at grounds all over the country and claim we did nothing to antagonise it. Derby deserve their woes (as a club), and unfortunately after we wind this up even more at the Riverside, some of our innocent fans who aren't planning to wind this up won't deserve to be caught up in violence but they inevitably will. But those on here that are advocating taking the **** out of them will cry outrage when it happens!

OK, its a bit OTT, my point is, so far I can see we want to unfurl banners, sing songs and so on at the boro derby game, basically rejoicing in their predicament and winding them up. If after this Derby are liquidated, I think we will be in for all sorts of trouble at games all over the country and at home. Imagine the press coverage of us taunting their fans about this. Look I just really hope all of this is bluster and a bit of fun, and when we do get to the game we just get behind the boro and steer well clear of giving stick to derby fans. I really don't like the thought of it and I can see trouble if we do, thats all.
 
Go and read Derbys forum see what some of their fans are suggesting doing in and around the ground. The dislike between us and them as been growing for a number of years well before all this happened. It will be toxic that day for sure.

Btw I don’t believe Derby will fold

It's not offensive, doesn't gloat over their predicament but does stick up for our chairman who has had his name dragged through the mud over this as a convenient scapegoat.

Also makes the point some Derby fans need to be venting their anger elsewhere. At a former chairman who wasn't fit and proper perhaps?

It's perfect.
 
OK, its not too bad, nothing at all would be better, but if we must do something then this isn't as antagonistic as some of the stuff I've seen and heard
 
I don't want them to cease to exist.
That said, they did what they wanted and were brazen about it. In '86 we didn't do it for advantage we were just run by fools.

They are not going to be liquidated it’s all a load of guff. Even if they did go pop it’s not down to us, suggesting there would be trouble up and down the country is crazy. Anything that goes on is pure panto imo
 
I don’t know about you but I have no idea why anyone associated with my football claim is fixated with the current situation at derby county.

Whole thing is sad.
 
Completely agree with Warwickboro we as Boro fans shouldn't be getting involved or making any banners designed to antagonise Derby supporters because that's exactly what it would do. I remember 86 and it was an awful time..

It would be an embarrassment IMO 👎
 
We shouldn't sing disparaging songs or have crude banners. After seeing them singing songs about the death of Steve Gibson we must be the better person.
Simply unfurl a banner with THANK YOU MEL on it and laugh very loudly.
