Most of them have had their winter break due to the convenient postponing of games due to covid/injuries/suspensions etc.

It's also an international break. FIFA matches taking place around the world to clear the backlog to get things fixed in time for the World Cup. UEFA just decided not to bother playing games in this period. So the main leagues aren't playing across Europe as they would've been forced to allow players to join up with their international sides.
