He mentioned it twice, the host, dave Jones is it? Mentioned it the first time to make light of it but then Sounness a bit later talked about it being a man's game again.
Surely not a sacking offence though? Especially as he's sat near Carragher who sky let off for gobbing into a fan's face which is loads worse.

I watched it live and he was clearly referencing men diving and feigning injury. He said it twice but he clearly sat and has been paid to watch mens football for over 5+ plus years. He commenting on it specifically. What's the issue.

It's a mens football match so you'd say 'it's a man's game'. If he said it during the women's euros final or a WSL game then I'd see more of an issue.
We know sky and many media outlets are now going down the gender neutral path. I guess to stop these exact issues. Batters / player of the match etc.
I've no issue with being neutral. Yet definitely not something that should see him in trouble or heaven forbid sacked.
