Infantino: North Korea could host World Cup

Well they could apply to host it….


But they don’t stand a chance of winning (sorry buying) it as they don’t have a pot to PI$$ in.
 
Apparently he was sat directly next to the prince of Saudi Arabia during today's match...who are bidding for the 2030 World Cup...
 
Infant-ino as I like to call him is probably some sort of serial sadistic torturer from his past life or something. Maybe he’s just dissed at the fact that his beloved country isn’t here? Who knows but whatever it is it’s just pathetic— four more years.
 
I think there were some discussions about the potential for Pyongyang to host a game(s) at the Korea/Japan World Cup but it never went much further. It would have been madness, any slight dissent, demonstration or perceived wrong-doing would have the potential to cause an international incident.
 
Maybe Syria and North Korea can hold it jointly. Honestly, if that ever happened I'd just throw my international football shirt away....oh I've already done that, so I'm well on my way. lol ;)
 
This is the problem with the likes of blatter and infantino, instead of just administrating football they use the game to try and portray themselves as sporting versions of mother Teresa.

On the surface they talk about growing the game, world peace and various other nonsense but slightly below the surface its all about bribes and lining their own pockets. Actually the corruption isn't even below the surface its so obvious to see.

Too many on the gravy train to take a stance and rock the boat.

Really UEFA or if not UEFA the English, Spanish, German etc FAs should force the issue. But of course they're all corrupt and bought and paid for too. Maybe not to the same extent, but they're all cut from the same cloth.

They might not be happy with the corruption at FIFA but as long as the money keeps flowing they're not going to do much about it.
