It pains me to see the Southgate hate. He was backed here and there but the downgrade he had to oversee was massive. He obviously didn’t have the best of times but to put him down as our worst manager just can’t be right for me.

It’s a blatant red card, he was pulling him which prevented Stewart leaving him for dead and getting to the ball. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was overturned.
That’s by the end of the sequence. Stewart clearly had him on toast if he wasn’t pulling him. It would more likely to be extended due to frivolous appeal, unless they took pity as it was never a penalty.
