    Replacing Jones with Whittaker

He seemed to be trying a little too hard today.

Did anyone try the Greek food van at the Leeds game?

I'm a lapsed Catholic and my wife a weddings and funerals proddydog, but she won't let me eat meat on GF.

Men who wear Aftershave at work

Do people still buy stuff to splash on their freshly shaved faces? I use block alum as an astringent, then rinse it off and apply some Nivea post shave. Far kinder to the skin.

    Quiet Crowd

I thought the south stand were fine last night and that Leeds were fairly quiet for a big crowd chasing promotion. What especially impressed me was their reaction at the end when they got right behind the team despite the defeat. It bodes well for the rest of the run in; a sign that we're all in...

Transporting a frozen kipper across london

I always find the leapfrog method works best with kippers. Travel by bus and every time you pass an Iceland or similar, go in and drop your fish in the nearest freezer. Have a browse until another bus is due, retrieve your fish and repeat. It never fails.

Seeing Boro fans (outside of Teesside) - etiquette

It's awkward when you find yourself staying in the same hotel or frequenting the same bar. As in the German 'Sie' and 'du', when does the formal 'now then', give way to the more familiar 'ow dafcun?'

    That Tarkowski tackle

He didn't follow through, his leg was in the air attempting to block the clearance before Tarkowski touched the ball. Is he not allowed to try and block a clearance in this way?
