Leeds have sold their away allocation

I can’t be bothered to dig them out but I’m sure the deeds our house in Nunthorpe refer to the transfer of farmland located in the County of York. Regardless of what anybody says there no doubt at all that we are Yorkshire, it’s just outsiders ignorance. Which is fair enough because I’m...

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

It is true that it doesn’t matter to everybody though. Some vote Tory because their Dad did. Or because they don’t like the communists. Or because they are royalists. Or because Johnson behaved like he was everybody’s favourite daft uncle who gave them plenty of pocket money. Do you think...

Leeds have sold their away allocation

My birth certificate says Middlesbrough in the North Riding of Yorkshire, I was registered in Stokesley.

Leeds have sold their away allocation

I was going to clarify I’d put Dogger rather than Doggxxx and then realised there was no need 👍

Leeds have sold their away allocation

I’ve been reading a book this last week or two about when we were part of Doggerland, I was struggling on the map to identify the east boundary of Yorkshire.

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

I think all of that is a fair analysis. With regard to what happens if Labour win the election I think that is the time for Starmer to be bold and ignore the right wing media and concentrate on improving the lives of working people. Look at the Raynor thing just now, the right wing will run down...

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

I think there is merit in what you have said there but why do you think Starmer is doing so well in the opinion polls and apparently gaining the support of voters that Corbyn couldn’t reach? That’s a genuine question.

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

Definitely not Corbyn’s fault but I don’t think you can dress up 2017 to 2019 as a successful period of Labour opposition when it resulted in such a heavy defeat on the back of an unclear Brexit policy.

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

What about Brexit? It would have been handy for working people if that had been ditched?

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

The size of the majority really does matter that’s why parties celebrate a landslide.

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

‘But you know all that’….I’m not sure that is true, people have short memories. Labour normally balance the Tories in opposition because the Tories fear losing power more than anything, the current government has been so shambolic it can only fight the election by criticising Labour policy.

    Liverpool and Klopp beaten

I would have kept him as well and I still think he would have benefitted from staying and establishing himself in the championship but his head was turned and Gibson seems to like doing business with Villa so it was deemed ok.

    Liverpool and Klopp beaten

Don’t forget he was a Man City reject within the last 12 months, as good as he was at times for the Boro if he was moving again within 6 months there was always going to be a ceiling on what we could get for him.

Why do I think we will beat Ipswich tomorrow?

We are on a good run, should have beat Hull without bad mistakes gifting them goals, Ipswich unfortunately I think have peaked and are in decline, the injury to their loan striker came at the wrong time. Once again we will be relaxed and playing open football on the break. I can’t see anything...

    Marten de Roon

Wasn’t he still a very young player when he came to us? I had him down as a developing player who would grow with experience. I thought he did well in a team that strangely gave up after a decent first half of the season. And I thought he went because he had just started getting picked for...

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

I’ve said what I’ve said Superstu, I think you are a good poster but I also think you are not fooling anybody with your tedious and constant criticism of Labour, Starmer and people who vote Labour. Without doubt you are agenda driven on a forum which is largely just full of punters who support...

    Morsy & Luongo

Can’t see either of them cutting it in the premier league if they do manage to scrape over the line.

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

No they definitely are not Labour, I don’t believe they have ever been Labour despite all the Corbyn stuff, it would be interesting to know which of the other parties they are campaigning for, but in saying that, I’m not that interested in who they are or who they work for. All sorts goes on...

YouGov Poll - 33 Point lead!

Superstu you have shown in this post why the Tories are struggling to land a glove on Sir Kier. Talking about Labour led corruption that MIGHT happen sometime in the future, what MIGHT have happened with Hoyle. Gaza position APPEARING to be influenced by donors, policy DECEPTIONS when being...
