I'm exactly the same,

68yo,90 seconds eyes open then 15 seconds eyes shut which was surprisingly difficult,

Unfortunately due to it not agreeing with my acid reflux problem I limit myself to one cup of decaffeinated per week, usually in a coffee shop,as I used to really like 3 or 4 cups per day. Though after I've made the wife a cup I'll have a teaspoon after I've stirred it.
