Only managing to score at the death to save even more embarrassment.

We have now lost 5 out the last 6. Lots of soul searching here in the media and Ian Foster is under real pressure now.

Like it or not Covid has masked our frailties since Richie McCaw retired - the northern hemisphere has caught up and arguably overtaken us in many aspects of the game. Also not being able to play SA teams in Super Rugby hasn’t helped.

What a battle this is as NZ finally find some form but the boks are hitting back.

15-7 to nz at ht
 
Sigh ..... dominated most of that half. 15 points to the good and it takes just a minute to get back in the game. Their subs have made a difference.
 
What a game. Talk about swinging one way and then another. Atmosphere brilliant and great to quieten the Boks at the end. Amazing what you can do when you can catch a ball ABs……..
 
The fall of NZ, the transition period of SA and the rise of Argentina has certainly leveled things up. Should be a cracking tournament
