No doubt rebberstamped by the freeport status.

This is again fantastic news but I'm sure some will find a way of twisting it seeing as it's on the back of Brexit.

UTB and keep the positive news rolling in!!

That is great news and it will be very interesting to learn who the manufacturer is.

However I get the impression that you could start a fight in an empty room and quite enjoy it.

Sadly sharing positive news has that result on here at times when it doesn't go with people beliefs on something.

Fingers crossed there will be more to come as all of this is massive for our area.

Ben Houchen deserves a lot of credit.

When will this company relocate?

Are these jobs available straight away or over 2, 5, 10 years?

Are they direct jobs with said company or indirect through supply chain?

How much funding will be made available for infrastructure to support such a large company?

The freeport was only officially announced after the budget, what company would be deep in contract talks for a massive relocation based on an event that might not happen?

This to me is a bizarre way of announcing something, what if it falls through?

More questions than answers, why not just wait until the company is ready to announce it?

Why not have some optimism for your town u boring Kunt
That has to win the prize for most obnoxious reply I have ever received. I genuinely hope that 180000 jobs come to Teesside but I'm guessing that they announce it like this so that they can doiminate the news by announcing the same jobs over and over again to give the impression that there are even more.

Having had a quick look at your posts and I am not sure that having over 20 posts in the bad news for Labour thread is going to mean you have a balanced view on things - feel free to see how often I post negative comments
