A POLITICAL POST

I think that'd work better if you switched public services to central defence and had the media in a more attacking role.
I was thinking no second jobs for MPs and a more diversely owned media that is not controlled by a minority would be a good defence to our democracy (build out from the back). a hard working midfield of more jobs and less fat cat giveaways I think is a good centre ground.. that's where the game is going to be won for imo.

"Class" is defined by its proximity to power.
Historical materialism enables us to understand the inter-relation between capital and all other organisations and human interactions.
As Marx asserted: "The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles".
In capitalist society, power is derived from ownership of capital [hence the name], land and patronage [topical].
"Class" is not about material consumerism - which is a yardstick of measurement of ownership of commodities.
Capitalism is by its very nature iniquitous - it inevitably trends towards the concentration of capital in fewer and fewer hands.
Lenin "Imperialism - The Highest Stage of Capitalism" describes the process of capital accumulation and highlights the inherent contradictions in capital - which projects a "free market" ideology, whilst competing to destroy its competitors. (y)
