Adama Traore is set for a return to Barcelona

Can we get your mam on a free? How long will she need to get back to that kind of form?

To be honest, we are better off without her. She’d be a negative influence in the dressing room with her ‘footballers are all a bunch of Fannie’s! Grown men running around a field chasing a ball!’ attitude….

Plus she’s pulled a hammy.

Personally I think it shows that we actually had a good side, just in the hands of the wrong manager.

Monk, whilst slow to start, would have been the man to get the best out of Braithwaite I think, but was obviously let go for non-footballing reasons. As soon as Pulis came in, all hope of being a footballing side was lost.

She better not end up at man city

I've not seen Barca for ages, but I would have loved to have seen him in the Prem at City, Liverpool or even Spurs to see how he fairs with footballers on an equal level to him (don't laugh)
If Liverpool wanted him I am sure they would have come in - same with Arsenal and Chelsea. Wolves are in the top 8 in the PL - he can't command a position in their team. At Spurs he would wither on the vine IMO. He has become a good luxury player sadly. Barcelona may be the right fit.

Time after time I saw him ping balls onto the toe end of inadequate strikers. No one anticipated his intent or could keep up with him and no signs of him being integrated into triangular passing etc and moving in space.

I really believe he is unique on this planet, but has yet to reach his level with a proper manager.

I know Raul Jimenez, Neto and Fabio Silva are not world class strikers I grant you but 1 goal and zero assists in 22 games for a team 8th in the PL is a meagre return for any striker in the PL.

Don‘t. You want to hear what our Mam has to say about the PL winter break. It’s a shame Mam’s aren’t football managers!

The bloke can’t even figure out how to use a table a chair correctly, never mind becoming a prolific striker. Congratulations on the upcoming sprog birth though.
