No it doesn’t sky have zero power over us or the efl to make rules.

sky have had loads of games cancelled so that shows they have no power.

Exactly. Sky Sports get a kicking from Boro fans, but have actually been pretty good for professional sport in Britain.
 
Could all work in our favour Sheffield Utd will have prepared a game plan now they don't know which players they will be playing against or what the formation will be. Nobody will be expecting us to win but we just might .

Surely there has to be be written guide lines on to the criteria to allow games to be called off. Or do the EFL and EPL just do it on a match to match basis. Bent as nine bob notes.

Of course they will, lunchtime on New Year’s Day is probably the prime spot for viewing figures in the entire year. No chance will they accept it being left empty

Get a grip, what you all should be having a go at is these spineless fcuking footballers being paid thousands a week thinking the rules don’t apply to them, not getting jabbed and thinking they can go out on the town as if nothings happened!!

It really is disgraceful this. I'd prefer they just said to play the kids. Forcing us to recall players that we didn't want to recall is disgusting.

I'm sure we can still loan Spence back to Forest, they'll gladly take him but what if Sheff Wed don't want Wing back(he's been terrible for them)? We are now financially screwed over because I assume they were paying part of his wages.

Could we even return Spence back given the 3 game rules, what if he gets injured or spreads covid back to Forest?

Surely some kind of isolation period would be needed too. It's all ridiculous.

Spoke to a Forest fan and he reckons you're only allowed 5 long term loans per season and they already have 5, regardless if it's Spence re-signing that would count as a 6th so they wouldn't be allowed him back. Not sure how true that is but that's his understanding.

Very unfair on Forest and Spence if we weren't actually planning on recalling him. The whole thing stinks.
