Just from my own inference, so I could be wrong but I'd guess Kieran Scott will be directing potential transfers and signings, Andy Scott and his team will be directly scouting players that have been put forward by Kieran Scott.

Clears up (current) Scott's role as head of Football (DoF?) then as I assume new Scott is coming in as head of recruitment.

Wonder if Gary Gill will be able to negotiate the Brexit minefield and get his wine imports going again?
