I am really excited about every appointment that has been made at the Boro, since September, on and off the pitch.
This would have been a great one too. Shame he’s gone elsewhere. Feels like it could have been significant. But the fact that we are looking for someone for this role, with these credentials fills me with optimism that we will make a good appointment before long.
We are making a much needed transition towards an efficient, modern football recruitment set-up.
