Anthony Taylor attacked by Roma fans

And you have klopp celebrating on the touchline in front of the 4th official. Interviewed after the game instead of being contrite he moaned about the refs.

And then on match of the day you have a bunch of idiots with half an hour of waffle to fill and only half a brain to fill it with so they bang on and on about refs.

I really wish they would strike. Strikes only work if you are in a position to cause chaos. They could have every football match in the country stopped. From Sunday league to the premier League. It would be magnificent.

This in a nutshell , all the refs say f it ....games buggerd , it RELIES on these people who are abused etc ... ever done it ? , i have 1 game , was horrid , & that was a team i played for !!!!!!!!

repect em , or there is no game !

If it's Ok for the top managers in European football to abuse managers then it's ok for the rest of us to do it isn't it ??

But, But, But, It's not an English Club so will never happen as the rot starts from the top.

To be fair, English clubs weren't banned for abusing a referee at an airport, they were banned because 39 people died in a horrific stadium disaster.

I'd definitely be sanctioning Roma for this though, because it's 100% been influenced by their coaching staff's behaviour.

just a few comments from some of our fans about refs - theres plenty more on the site should you wish to see them - abuse under your own noses, put your own house in order before you condemn someone elses.

refs should not get abuse, in football grounds or in airports or on websites.
I think we've all been guilty of calling or challenging a ref's decision but feel there's a big difference between what you are linking to your post and what that video shows Anthony Taylor had to put up with.

If they are all flying from the airport they should be easy to recognise and bring to justice. There is no place in life for behaviour like that.

It's a shame the season has finished as he should get a round of applause in the next game he officiates. He did very well under extreme (totally unjustified) pressure.
