that is a very good response there BM and, should, capture the mood of every parent. It's our responsibility to make those kinds of decisions in consultation with our children, not some anti-vax nutter.
You know I think we should all have the freedom to choose, but that behavior is appalling, targets the wrong people and if it isn't it should be totally illegal to demonstrate outside a school for any reason.

That may well be true, but its not what the thread is about. Nope. I decide what's best for my kids until they are of the age they can't make their own minds up. Of course I'll listen to recommendations. JCVI have recommended that children shouldn't have it yet. A group of people set up specifically to fight the pandemic. The latest report about the risk to teenage boys from the vaccine compared to risk of covid infection complications only raises more questions.
As it is my kids are under the age of 6 so I don't have the decision to mull over. I can understand why parents of kids over twelve will have legitimate worries.
