Anyone into astrophotography?

People filming the earth from outer space will see the man who invented the wheel.

Awesome, I've been getting into astrophotography for the last 10 months. Huge learning curve. I haven't progressed past planetary yet, but deep-sky is my longer term aim. Hampered by terrible weather for most of the last 6 months, barely any cloudless skies, and with lockdown can only do it from my backgarden which is Bortle 5. I have a lot of Bortle 4 areas nearby when lockdown ends, but would love to go to 2 or 1 with my gear

I got myself a Skywatcher skyliner 200p Dobsonian late last year and started looking up. Had a few good evenings with the planets, but the weather hasn't been great since.

Just starting to plan a few things to look for over the coming months and work through some sky objects. Hardest bit I have found, even with turn left at orion is to choose what to look for at any given time. Need to set a plan I think.
