Are we expecting a quick transition?

Yeah, I am actually, couple of days I reckon.

Gibbo doesn’t act out of haste and emotion. Timing suggests that the international break was used to sound people out and there’s probably someone lined up, same as what happened with Woodgate, Warnock and Wilder.

And not like anything has happened since the international break (that we know about) that’s brought it to a head, if anything Cov was more of the same. Am I wrong in thinking quite a few of our new managers recently have been brought in after an international break?

I’d guess at a new manager in the dugout by the weekend.

You’d think so I agree but looking at the calendar there no real respite from now up until Norwich away.

It’s a hectic fixture list.

The Times - "new appointment may not be in in time for the game tomorrow night" suggests we won't be hanging around. Long enough I hope for when Cooper is sacked.
 
I think so. It's arguably the only benefit of only appointing managers out of work...we can speak to them before the incumbent is gone.

Pretty sure Warnock spoke of Wilder being around the club before he was sacked, although he is a man with a liberal approach to the truth so not sure what to make of that!
 
I think the fact we don’t have a board makes any rumours largely irrelevant as there is no board meeting y too hold there are no stake holders to brief.

It’s one man yes or no say so.
