I have noticed increasingly over the last few months that in amongst the 'serious' news on the BBC News site, more and more of these types of articles are appearing as 'features' or are shoehorned in as news from abroad. It seems to me that there has been an editorial change which seems to be dumbing down the journalism, or maybe I'm just getting older and have unrealistic expectations from the nations broadcaster.

Anyway this is the second most read article this morning. Considering the subject matter the 'journalist's' name is unfortunate! lol

I'm not sure it's a good example of dumbing down. Isn't someone having their intimate activities broadcast online without knowing a serious story?
Especially as the investigation showed it's far from an isolated case.

love the journalist's name though.

the guy went online because he likes watching other people secretly filmed having sex, but when it turned out to be him being secretly filmed having sex he wasnt so keen - or have I missed something?!

well that might be about right for him, but it turns out it's happened to hundreds more normal people, hidden cameras in their hotel rooms live streaming.
