The Tory backbenchers are into that quandary that if they do make a move to ditch him….Labour and the SNP will claim that their pressure is responsible for the Tory about turn. In effect. “We got him out” Although they need him in place for as long as possible. Hopefully it’s an exercise in reverse psychology.
