Boro v Derby: some bizarre ideas from the Derby fans forum.....

They're desperate for Boro to fail. They sound like they spend more time poring over our finances than they did their own.

Sad.

Don't remember Derby supporters ,team or city rushing to help us out when we nearly went under.
I do remember Lionel Pickering ( then Derby chairman) being very vociferous in the debate over us being docked 3 points . He was adamant the points deduction should be suspended until the end of the season and then enough points would be docked to ensure our relegation.
I hope they don't go bust but I wouldn't raise a finger to help them.
Steve Gibson is looking after our club as he always does.

Funniest (yet probably serious) suggestion I've seen is that the Derby fans organise a very slow protest march to The Riverside before the match and prevent all supporters from getting to the ground in time for kick off!

Good luck with that one ... and, as mentioned previously, good luck getting past the Pig Iron unscathed! ;)

Dont think the idiots understand with all of these daft threats they are making on their forum, they will be treat exactly like we were by the police at Stoke. Great way to ruin a good away day

Maybe, the Cleveland police will convieniently be otherwise indisposed like the Italian police were in Rome.

I realise that's a horrible suggestion and really hope the real, innocent Rams supporters don't get tarred by the same brush as their keyboard warrior antagonists.

One of the theories on their message boards is the reason that the preferred bidder hasn't been named is because it's Mel using a different company, and using it to wipe out millions in debts and he has the EFL and Gibbo on strings again.

I don't no if this is just tin foil hat lunacy or actually just the sort of Machiavellian trick he would try....of course he'd get imprisoned for tax evasion you would think, so bring it on.

The thing that baffles me is that there doesn't seem to be a great deal of anger directed towards Mel Morris? The fella is clearly a chancer and has gambled the lot on red, only to find its come up black.

He's the only one responsible for their demise, plus those who supported or condoned it.

That is absolutely hilarious, imagine after all this still thinking Gibson is in the wrong

If they had used this energy to call out their owner for obvious cheating at the time they certainly wouldnt be in this mess
I think he did, if you would have took the trouble to read the full statement from MFC. you sound like a Derby fan.
