Bring back Bamford

its a game of opinions, and yours is wrong.

Dont misunderstand me, I backed him 100% when he was our player, but now he isnt and I am not a great believer in the tired cliche of revisiting old players for the sake of it.

With the wages he would command, and the type pf player he is, he would in no way be worth the financial gamble for the Boro.

But I am sure you can still continue to send him lovely little DM's to his instagram account telling him how much you miss him.

Wouldn’t want to upset your poor little soul now would we
I couldn’t give a monkeys left testicle what you think fella… The days of me being upset by football have passed, far more important things to be bothered by.

He used us, Pulis was a muppet to get rid, but at the end of the day he wanted to go to Leeds, then the way he celebrated against us showed no class.

You sound upset about his celebration to me

He's a 28 year old regular Premier League player, not a chance of coming to a Championship club this summer.

Best striker we've had in years and sadly well out of our reach now, he'll be Leeds main striker again next year and his goals will keep them up IF he stays fit.

Left a sour taste when he left, but he had no loyalty to us, and can't really blame him and it's nothing scoring 20 goals for us if given the chance wouldn't fix.

Bamford is a good player and I’d have someone of his quality in a heartbeat. It’s highly unlikely he’d be coming back anytime soon, but I wouldn’t be against it if it would improve our squad in the future, not for nostalgic reasons though.

Got no problem with him celebrating against us, I don’t see the need for players to pretend not to enjoy scoring against a former club unless maybe they’re absolute club legends. If it’s the goal from the 4-0 loss then I don’t see much wrong as he celebrates in front of the Leeds fans, fair enough if he had goaded boro fans but I didn’t see any of that.

Also, he might feel a bit of frustration against the club as he thought it was here that he was going to settle and spend a while as he alluded to on the Peter Crouch podcast.
