15 Pts to play for in January, how huge could that be ?

5 winnable games , ended with a tasty finish with Norwich. Could we really be on 51 Pts ? 🧐

Birmingham
Forest
Blackburn
Rotherham
Norwich ( I think this is still on )

Forest is always a dodgy fixture, that fixture is one I always like out of the way at the earliest possible date

Well gaining almost 50% more points in 15 days is almost unlikely as making a player out of a 2019 version of bola and dijksteel 😉

Let's not forget we've been here a couple of times this season, we have setbacks & :it looks a tall order then we have a winning strsak for ourselves back in to contention again &....…...............................
…repeat 😔

I have said this repeatedly, we will be there or therabouts at the end of the season, it would be heartbreaking to miss out on the playoffs by a point or two.

The truth is the teams in the championship are all quite evenly matched and the margins are tiny. Warnock and the team get it right more than they get it wrong. Had the ball crossed the line today, we would be saying 1 down 4 to go as we would have gone on and won today.

I do too 👍

If we have many more of these "Bad day at the office days" We will not get anywhere near 6th.

True. Even just getting a draw today wouldn’t of been all bad after that shambolic performance. Don’t think we created nearly enough though

I think you should prepare to have your heart broken. Neil Warnock might be working miracles with some of the players who were already at the club, but his signings haven't worked at all. Akpom, Hall, Morsy and Roberts are just not doing it.

There's a critical need for a good striker but I don't have faith that Warnock can deliver it within the available budget. For as long as Assombalonga and Akpom are in the team, chances will be missed and points lost.

We're not good enough to seriously challenge this year. Next maybe? Perhaps we'll kick on with a few additions in the Jan window, but I doubt it.

Actually I don't think this is a bad thing. Build a team around some of the young lads and let's see where we can go. Assuming we can keep hold of players like Tav.

Hall and Roberts are not Warnock's signings, unless you count not vetoing them as making them his.

Bettinelli, Morsy and Akpom are the summer ones that I'd lay at Warnock's feet.
Nobody could say any of them have thrived.

With this squad no. Any team that starts or brings on Lewis Wing ain’t going anywhere near promotion. We need a proper striker a ball playing midfielder ( desperate for someone to put there foot on it and stop up playing sky ball) and a wide player. Chase Britt sell an asset (sadly Tav) and get someone else to pay Wings wages.
