Car parking next year.

Car Park E is usually rammed - personally I think it’s priced ok for a secure, reserved parking space a few minutes walk from the West Upper turnstiles.

I used to park in the college but something changed in the way traffic flowed away from there and it would take ages to get out of there. So I switched to parking in St Hildas on or near Stockton road. It'll be "interesting" to see how the redevelopment work affects the parking in that area. I suspect the council will milk that area with meters? We'll see.

Till you try to leave after the whistle when it becomes like a training session for the demolition derby, but with more aggressive drivers, better cars and the survival of the angriest as the stewards cease all interest in customer care, it is often better entertainment watching heads ready to explode than it is the footy. I’m surprised the club don’t have a viewing platform and charge fans to watch 😁.

Hah, I was only talking about Car Park E benefits pre match.

As you say, it’s chaos in there after the final whistle and for no apparent reason because you can’t get out anyway.

I think it’s part of the deal that you use the car park at your own risk and that includes ending up under a mad pensioners front wheels, I think it’s even angrier after a Boro win for some reason.

Oh and you get occasional invasions from the likes of Sheff Utd where you might get punched for being parked near the away end…

Yes should deffo have a viewing platform or alternatively get a Tonda analyst in to video it all and put it on YouTube.
