Charlton ticket still not arrived

Mine arrived, ordered the Friday before your Sunday.
Call ticket office tomorrow before close of business so they can issue a new ticket for you to collect.
It's a pain when it happens

Yes as said, get in touch with MFC ticket office and a replacement will be issued to you at The Valley on Tuesday.
 
Same here, order 10 days ago and still not landed. I suspect its down to my sh@te postman though. Will be calling the ticket office today.
 
Ordered mine on the 24th and it arrived on the 28th, if that makes you feel any better, which it probably won't. I have been in your shoes a couple of times though. Had it at the Boleyn Ground. Just rang MFC and they ordered a duplicate to be put in the ticket office for me at West Ham and picked it up fine. Was delayed on the Tube though so missed the first 25 mins. A Bart Ogbeche equaliser if I remember rightly. Midweek game also
 
Mine still hadnt arrived yesterday so had to cancel it and the Ticket Office have arranged for a duplicate which I have to collect from the Charlton Ticket Office tonight. Right kerfuffle, but not the ticket offices fault, its my sh@te postman.

It is a kerfuffle
But you sound a bit harsh on your postie - lots of opportunity for things to go wrong when before it gets to a local sorting office
