Reckon ours will be up on the 20th, to coincide with the WC starting, mainly because I’m not getting involved with the tree during any of the big games.

Radio 5 Live the other day had a big feature on this. It seems more than ever people are putting up their decorations in November to brighten up their lives in these dark times. Look I once would have made a joke about it but frankly they can do what they want and who are we to tell them how to run their lives?

My puppy keeps grabbing the baubles like so that's my punishment for letting it happen!

I did check mine in the attic and found one of the kids presents from last year they forgot to open. I knew we had bought them a puppy.
