Covid/Season remaining

I know there's already been a thread posted on this or two, but it's quite depressing to think of the possibility of football being postponed completely for God knows how long, until infection rates lower again.

Just as we're having such a good season, it'd be so disappointing to have it interrupted and I believe that is something that is coming soon, sadly. Inevitable. Seems outbreaks are happening at an uncontrollable rate by the day and I can't see how it will be safe for the season to keep going as it is, currently. At the rate it is now spreading, I can't see how training grounds can any longer be safe places. Ours is already restricted as it is, much to the disappointment of NW as he's already made known.

I'd prefer that we just wrote off our cup tie at weekend, to be honest, if it meant any chance of recovery of current positive testing team players :p

With the season being postponed altogether until further notice, possibly even cancelled .. how rubbish that will be. Our games are currently one thing I and I'm sure the rest of us look forward to weekly, especially during these dull lockdown times, and I'm getting the feeling we may have seen our last league game for some time.

I hope I'm wrong, but it isn't looking promising is it? :(

C19, get yourself to fck.
