Digital Season Ticket Advice at Boro

I checked out the Tesco Mobile Phone shop this week and there are now new smartphones hand sets for as little as £69 outright that have the required NFC communication technology to operate at the Riverside turnstiles.

You don't need one though. The ticket office are happy to give you a card if you ask.

I changed my email address recently and the card in my Apple Wallet still says it’s for the Southampton game on 4th January.
Rang the ticket office and they told me that the turnstile will still accept an unrefreshed card if it’s a valid and live 2025-26 purchase.
I’d just like to say that the staff at our ticket office are the equivalent of our away support, ie the best there is. Don’t argue, but that’s my experience.

Yeah lass on the phone was great sorting my half ticket and finding seats until my ongoing seat was available ( from tomorrow)
 
OK, and so I don't need to read the whole thread, what do I need on my 'phone if I want my season ticket on it? Whatever it was, it wasn't on my previous one, but I have a new one now. So, what is it and how do I check? Thanks.

what sort of phone have you got capy? Is it a samsung etc.

Fairphone. Brand new. I assume it has the technology because of it's brandnewness, but I wanted to be sure. When all this started I saw something, somewhere (either on here or the official site) which said what it's called and how to find it (in Settings I presume) and that's what I'm looking for.
 
OK I was setting up for someone more techy knowledgable than me to answer. Am hoping to get the football club to put on some sessions again and a new video for everyone like us.
 
I bought my ticket but don’t know how to add to Apple wallet . I pressed Load to card but not sure if it recognised it as it has added the £1.50 , any assistance out there ?

If you pressed load to card your ticket will be on your card. On your email it will tell you if you have a digital ticket at the top.
(Regardless of £1.50 charge)
