Farage on the back foot

Isn’t Louise Haigh a convicted fraudster? She’s cuddly Andy’s champion, greasing for a cabinet position. We really shouldn’t have convicted criminals in Parliament let alone the cabinet. Dear me.

Oh yes because making a genuine mistake about whether a mobile phone has been stolen after you’ve been mugged is exactly the same as conspiring to launder millions of dollars' worth of drug money using offshore bank accounts.

A genuine mistake? She claimed it was lost in a “mugging” then it turned up in a draw in her bedroom. She was found guilty of fraud by misrepresentation and convicted. Don’t let any facts get in the way of the new excuse for criminal behavior.

Is she a convicted fraudster or not? Simple question.
Yep, a complete inability to criticise or question Farage and deflecting.

Quite ironic that you're wanting Labour supporters to jump to your tune, whilst being utterly incapable and / or unwilling to answer the actual questions on the topic at hand.

Just another in the long line of Tory and now Reform trolls that join the board.

Is it mandatory to be a resident in a local election?

You need 10 people who are resident in the area to nominate you and £500. You don't have to be resident yourself.

A genuine mistake isn’t sufficient. The offence requires dishonest intent and that the misrepresentation is made knowing that it is false or likely to be false. She pleaded guilty, and may conceivably have been badly advised, but if that was her defence, she should have run it.
