FARKE

It looks like it's odds on that CW will be the next manager but the sacking of Farke yesterday would suggest otherwise. Personally, I would have opted for Farke. Norwich were good to watch!
Both are very good managers who performed brilliantly with a lack of resources. I would personally say Wilder is a cut above in terms of how he responded to life in the Premier League and how every signing he made and every decision he made did make sense at the time from a competitive perspective.

Farke on the other hand I think lost his edge whenever he got to the top level and didn't quite know how to build a winning side with limited stock. The relationship with Scott is drummed up massively, but Scott would not have left Norwich if he was happy about how things were going - I wouldn't read into it too much.

By the sounds of things, the appointment has already been made prior to today's match, so it must be someone who was out of work prior to that, Norwich wouldn't have entertained an approach for Farke whilst in work and nor would Farke, I believe. Wilder to me is the ideal appointment. Warnock has laid the perfect foundation for someone else to succeed in terms of how he has stabilised things and I really hope that the new man can take that and truly run with it
