Fiorentina v West Ham - Thoughts?

Bit tarnished by the incident in the first half tbh
Yes, stupid fans but excellent result for them. Pleased for Bowen because he’s a good player the lad.

If I were Rice though I’d think about staying for another season at least, he’s now gonna be in Europe.
Where’s a bit of loyalty these days ?

I think it needs a bit more than that, at the very least West Ham should be playing in front of an empty stadium for at least a couple of euro games.

UEFA can't let such a major incident slip by without taking firm action.

I'm not sure many clubs have been punished for fans throwing things.

It's sadly a relatively common occurrence.

Some of our fans threw coins at Burnley players recently, I didn't see many calls for us to have to play in front of an empty stadium.

If they can find the fans, they should obviously be banned.

I would argue our fans aren't far behind WHU for having a large element of idiots that follow us and call themselves fans.

Whether rightly or wrongly, I think the images of all that blood pouring from his head will have an impact on the punishment.

At the last game at our stadium did we smash up the bus of the opposition?
How many riots have we been involved in? Look up west ham Millwall 2009.
Last time we played at West ham they were raining down coins on the away fans.

They are an unpleasant lot. Their ****. are far more numerous than ours.

You know exactly what I mean, we have more than our share of idiots.

I really don't. They are far far worse than us.
I agree they are worse than ours and thrive on being so.

If I could be really bothered I would link videos, drop in names of fans who have banning orders and tell you stories of idiots that call themselves Boro fans. Boro fan have a terrible reputation and this is why we witnessed over policing at Stoke the previous season and genuine fans treat like thugs.

Really depressing result. I’ve got the flu while in Korea and with time difference couldn’t make the game.

Love Fio and my friends there are gutted. Every time I’ve wanted to win this season has come up short apart from Sheffield Wednesday!

I thought West Ham were lucky last night.

Even though Fiorentina didn't have lots of clear cut chances they were the better side in my opinion.

A bit of a smash and grab from WHU, but they wont care! I didnt see them being able to score a second when Fio had equalized, I thought it had pens written all over it at that point.
