Fmttm player sponsorship - copy and paste https://gf.me/u/y4q8gs

Do we:

  • Sponsor as FMTTM

  • Sponsor on behalf of a charity

Results are only viewable after voting.
Is this your. Modus operandi in life? Just relentless going on until you get what you think suits?
Also , everyone who. Paid, (apart from you who told me that rather than emailing you I could contact you directly on this board again like your PA) has my phone number and they had my email address so they could contact me privately. If you want to speak to me I will give you my phone number and you can call me up.
Again I will say it to you one more time:
1.If even one person wanted to have the chance to have the shirt then that person should be given the chance to do so. That is equitable.
.2 if you are so concerned about charity feel free to donate more money to the foundation like I have done.
3. I'm not sure if everyone who contributed goes on this board. Now you need to go back to 1 and think about that .
I have tried very hard to be polite and answer everyone's questions some people have sent me private emails and not done it via this board.

@buffaloboro - these are my last comments on this and then you can do what you like. I won't be commenting further.

The allocation of the shirts should be decided by all those that donated not decided by you. Perhaps you'll explain to us all how the recipient of the shirt will be arrived at and also how you will decide what to do with any future benefits that the sponsorship may provide?

And to your comments

1 - Twice in this thread you have advocated having a vote on what to do with the shirts (along with wanting a second vote on who which player we chose) but now you seem to be anti voting.

2 - Don't lecture me about donating to charity. You don't know what I do with my money & I don't feel the need to publicise the charity donations I make.

3 - Perhaps you should have answered that question the first time I asked not the fifth. If they are not on the board you don't know what their preferences would be.

I told you I would not give you my email and asked you to contact me via the messaging option of the board. You have not contacted me at all with any details of what has been going on despite emailing others. I believe in conducting things publicly so everyone is aware of what is happening and can have access to all the info which is why all my posts have been via the board.

It does make you proud when you see FMTTM sponsoring a player that we've contributed to
Just shows what a little will - power and fans coming together can do to support the club.
We took the initiative - Buffalo offered the leadership and we`ve acheived our first milestone.
Well done Buff!
A great job!
Ignore the moaners - there`s always some who think they can do things better, but never take the lead or organise anything.
The huge majority of us should feel proud to put FMTTM, not just "on the map" but on the MFC Webpage, in the programme and on Lewis Wing.
Well done everybody.

We are going to donate one and 'raffle' the other between those who contributed.
If you are lucky enough to get the shirt it's yours to do with as you wish.
That sounds good to me Buff.
No arguements.
Lets just get on with it.
Up The Mighty Boro!!!!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion- no doubting this. However to make an issue the size that has been created takes some gloss off the whole thing! Perhaps we should all club together with the might sum of £1 each, buy a shirt, get the squad to sign it and there will be a happy bunny amongst our throng!!!

Im with you Buff.
This is always a problem when you try and do something alongside others for a common good.
Always some who know better or who havent the skills to behave like civilised adults.
Lets move on.
Im behind whatever you deem best.
Up The Boro!

Im not being aggressive at all Rob.

I object to one person making a decision which might not be what the majority want. It should be put to the collective to decide the outcome.

If you can do any better - next time you can do the donkey work.
You dont speak for me or many others by the looks of it.
Damn good job too.
Now shut up and lets all move on together.

Good post, Buffaloboro had a cracking idea, put it motion & it happened, well done bb & everyone who contributed
We have a couple of options regarding the 2nd shirt, I like DCI's but happy to go along with whatever is decided, the main thing is we came together for the Boro

Just catching up on this thread (what drama - the ‘legal action’ bit had me laughing my head off!😂)

I am happy with your suggestion buffaloboro and I want to say thankyou for taking the lead on this whole project 👍

I believe one shirt to the Foundation and one for a raffle of contributors.

It is the normal practice for this MFC sponsor a player arrangement. It was also part of the inducement to contribute.

If the winner wants to donate his/her won shirt, they are free to do so.

BB - thank you for all work and enthusiasm for this project.

Exactly this. Well done, sterling work BB.

Yes, I think so. I think it was mentioned a few weeks back but is buried in the mists of time and pages of posts.
