GB NEWS

I love Neil Oliver for his passion and honesty, don't see what political agenda he is pushing??

I literally love gb news...its new fresh and edgy...yes its sometimes amateur but I kind of like that....and I'm not of any political persuasion...I'm in the party of look after your fellow human beings...thats it....the majority of politicians are self serving...there are notable exceptions...
So... I like gb news....brazier is a switched on cookie...even Dan Wooton van be enjoyable...
It's different it's good for sky to be pushed along and reflect on things like ...daily covid figures on a yellow banner.!!!!
Your the typical English person they are targeting mate
I could tell you why but I can guarantee you won’t like the answer

No.....they aren't.... politics has literally nothing to do with liking free speech unhindered by Murdoch boro mart....
the desire for absolute free speech regardless of who it benefits and who it harms is indeed a political stance

Same. Accusing the media and journalists of trying to bring down a Prime Minister. He must have missed the holding government to account seminar.
Oh, that's just his non-political free speech :ROFLMAO:
Honestly I don't fall for anything...I just love quirky television
If you think that isn't politically bias then you have fallen and I have some magic beans for sale
I could tell you why but I can guarantee you won’t like the answer
spot on I'm afraid

Each to their own.
Afterall, one man’s ‘quirky’ is another man’s ‘vile hate fuelling, misinformation peddling, manipulating, political agenda pushing, anger stoking, divide and conquer enabling pile of uttter *****’ I suppose.
If that's how you feel I'm surprised you even bother to watch it.

Wow....some people are tetchy....listen brothers and sisters....I wish peace to all...and I respect your right to use the off switch on the TV

I cannot put into words how strongly I feel about it, or the people behind such schemes.
A large part of the reason why the world is in such a sorry state, and the likes of Johnson and Trump hold positions that they should be nowhere near, is because the likes of the people behind GBNews, Fox, Daily Mail, Express etc are allowed to platform and spread poisonous misinformation and give a perceived credibility to bad faith actors, con artists and grifters at the expense of the truth and to the detriment of the overwhelming majority of the population of the planet, many of whom are completely unaware as to exactly how they are being controlled and force-fed a narrative that massively goes against their own best interests.

@changingman there are a % of people that are predisposed to this flagshagging, not sure how many new people will be swayed from normality to lustfully dryhumping a bit of coloured cloth. Hopefully and looking at the viewing figures not many. The danger is if they actually get someone with charmisma involved in presenting, and a decent digital marketing manager to utilise clips on the various social platforms

Yet another thinly veiled attempt to stick "Great Britain/British" in front of literally anything in the hope it will find its target demographic.

Appears to be working mind judging by this thread.
It's not a difficult tactic is it? Sadly the weak minded brexitists can be swayed by such things.

"Economic disaster, government corruption. huge queues at Dover"

OOOO Look there's a patriot because he has a flag on his lapel. It's staggering how gullible some people are.

As an aside it's another thing I despise about the Brexity buffoons. I'm quite interested in heraldry and flags and such. It's depressing to me that the union flag has become a symbol of regression, of isolation, of hatred.

What cheeses me off about the usual right wing outlets is their overt 'button pushing' which people still fall for. They have realised that nothing draws readers and clicks more than outrage, however false it may be in reality. Often the purpose behind this is political but not always. The 'outrage' over the changes to the highway code are a perfect example, the reality is that it's a non-story ................ here's the Guardian's take on it .............. https://www.theguardian.com/politic...-about-what-uk-highway-code-changes-will-mean

Yesterday I spotted that the Daily Fail was running a story about various shops wanting customers and staff to continue with face masks. The Mail said that the shops involved were 'telling' and 'insisting' that people continue with masks. The reality is they are 'asking' in the knowledge that people can say no, as is their right, but reporting in those terms won't stir up the outrage.

Andrew Neal was their biggest asset in this regard. When he decided it wasnt the channel he envisaged he got out. I can honestly say I dont think there is anybody left with such RW views that would fit with this channel that has "charisma" requires to give it a lift. Roland Rat?

Nailed it (y)

For me it usually boils down to two things: the inability to challenge your bias whilst simultaneously not understanding what your personal bias is.

Secondly, an inability to understand the motives and objectives of these stories/outlets (to be fair, this is true across the board). An enquiring mind seems completely absent from these people. When it comes to the media there is an angle behind pretty much every story and it usually doesn't take much to join the dots.

I think the guys made his mind up.. he likes the tv channel…

Im slowly coming round to the philosophy of the bee.. it doesn’t waste its time telling the fly that 🍯 is better than 💩 it just gets on with its job until it needs to defend its hive..

If he honestly wants a better r we told for everyone though, he may need to widen his source of news…
