I understand your concerns but in an instance such as a pandemic, which let’s be honest is unprecedented in our lifetime, the preservation of life has to take precedent.

Germany still haven't made it mandatory, they've just limited where the dafties who refuse to get vaccinated are able to go.

From my reading, they can catch and recover from Covid and will be allowed to enter places for a limited period before being covered by the ban again.

But as always, there's a very simple solution.

Get vaccinated.

Why? Hospitalisations among unvaxed are far higher. If someone has some medical reason not to get vaxed, fair enough but otherwise - jabs or stay home.

Exactly and compulsory vaccinations are not a new phenomenon in our medical history. Small pox, polio etc.

Yeah it’s a tough one admittedly, but in a free society forced vaccinations just doesn’t seem right. Hospitals are dealing with a huge percentage of patients who have illnesses linked to smoking, drinking, poor diets. Probably a higher proportion than Covid patients I would guess too, is it worth banning everything that contributes to this?

If the vaccine 100% stopped transmission I would be all for it, but it doesn’t

Nobody will being forced into having a vaccination.

It's not like people will be tied down and stabbed with a needle.

It's a case of 'If you want to take part in our society, then you must be vaccinated'.

There is always a choice.

People have not been tied down and stabbed with a needle....yet.

It wasn't mandatory to get the jab.
You wouldn't need proof of a jab to enter a pub or restaurant. Or to holiday abroad.
You were never going to be excluded from society. Or fined for not having it.

Almost all reasoning for not getting it is nonsense.

Excluding people who are too daft to look after themselves.

Why ?

Forced vaccination is going down a very dangerous route. Plenty of valid reasons on religious/medical grounds that someone wouldn’t want one
