I'm not sure I'd put James in our team ahead of a fit Dijksteel and he is falling out of the Gers side now.

That's pretty fair, think he'd be a better fit as a wing back than our Tav or Dijksteel. I've not really watched him but assume he has pretty good set-piece delivery as well?

His set piece delivery is better than Marcus' that is for sure, and he is a better wing back perhaps, but that is all he can do.
IMHO I think with wing backs they have to be outstanding to justify the system and very few are.
