Got to be Planet of the Apes. Still blows me away.

I hope this doesn’t disrespect the more serious suggestions above, as it’s a bit more of a daft popcorn movie, but I nearly wet myself with excitement watching this, when the light saber powered up. Instantly all my childhood excitement flooded back at the return of the ultimate movie baddy from my youth!
