To be ultra pedantic the Germans would say Fußball kehrt zurück

I’ll tune in but I don’t think I’ll enjoy the total lack of atmosphere. Sadly.

Yes I thought my grammar might be off I just used google translate.

I see your point about crowds though

My adopted team is Greuther Furth from Nuremberg. They briefly reached the Bundesliga 1 in 2012 but now struggling in tier 2. Game against Hamburg tomorrow I will watch.

I only have normal telly so I won't be watching any of them, and possibly wouldn't even if I could. Is this a list of the games that are available to watch in the UK? If it is then it's a shame that they've chosen one of the 'big' clubs in the second division. Arminia Bielefeld have been the team of the season so far and had great momentum before the break and it will be interesting to see how it has affected them.

Hertha Berlin for me - simply because I love the city and so I might as well plump for them.

Union Berlin for me ....

1. I too love Berlin
2. Their ground is called Stadium by the Old Foresters House which I think is magnificent
3. They used to be in East Berlin which is a bit "different"
4. After much research, I've discovered they play in red and white, they're fairly 5hit, and they're never going to win anything, and you know, it just seemed familiar somehow

I have always loved the name Borussia Monchengladbach since I first seen it on the front of the SHOOT magazine.

I won’t be giving it a watch and I certainly wouldn’t pay to have my face on a cardboard cut out.

‘Borussia Monchengladbach are going to have cardboard cutouts of fans in the stands, with supporters of any team able to have one of themselves for a €19 (£16.60) fee.’

I lived in Monchengladbach as a kid so I will be supporting them and Dortmund - because I love watching how they play football.
