What we know about Harry and Meghan New York chase - BBC News

The couple's spokesperson says paparazzi pursued them for two hours - although conflicting accounts have emerged.

Latest fabricated persecution of these two - aiming to have been chased by paps round nyc for two hours - much to the amusement of their driver and the police. Dont they realise everyone sees straight through them? Wont be much longer before all their celeb friends abandon them. And their “people” had the nerve to demand the paps video footage - met with the response of we in the usa stoped acquiescing to the demands of British royalty about 200 years ago 😂👏🏼
 
I think it was more their lives being in danger from a massively long car chase which had been “sexed up” - read the taxi drivers account compared to their own for a start.

Maybe the US public will see through their act now following the massive anti British rhetoric which flowed freely after the tears with Oprah and the book.

It was pitched as catastrophic i think the word they used and as if there lives were in danger which was met with some bemusement by nypd. Car chases in nyc rush hour traffic - its laughable

The word catastrophic clearly had no application in this instance. Read the accounts if the driver and the nypd. Its clear they find it laughable. Ots pure hyperbole on the part of the sussexes. This on top of all the fake footage used in their netlfix docs of them being harrased by paps. The media shy sussexes trying to stay in the limelight.
 
If people want them to disappear from the news and headlines, best off not reading anything to do with them, or sharing the articles. Unless they actually enjoy reading about them?
 
I kind have had a "Bullitt" like car chase in my head. Only New York not San Francisco.....so this......isn't.......true????? 😰😰
 
I really don’t understand why if you were being “chased” you would continue to drive around for a further two hours? Surely you would either go to your destination or if you felt in danger pull up and call the police?
 
I don't like these two but... the taxi driver whose account I read had only driven them for a very short portion of all this, so no contradiction there. Secondly, I thought they were staying with friends and didn't want to lead the press to their destination, hence continuing to drive for two hours.
 
Bit of a laugh though.
In the past couple of days I`ve heard him referred to as the Prince of Litigation and the Prince of Delusion.

Sadly Cromwell really wanted to be a king in all but name. Shame really, opportunity missed and the royals have made billions off the people in the intervening years
