Home play-off leg - Selling Arrangements 🎟️

I remember Boro did it during the Uefa cup seasons, but we should have an 'opt out' system in place for season ticket holders. Home cup / play off games are automatically loaded onto your season card and funds are either taken from a specific account / paypal etc.. if you don't want to or can't attend, you log into the ticketing website and 'opt out' of the upcoming games. Have a certain cut off date when all remaining tickets can go on sale for non-season ticket holders / pride card holders etc.. would save so much hassle, stress that clearly affects lots of supporters.
 
Tickets are on sale now to those with 70+ priority points and season cards for next year, however...

I'm getting this issue when trying to buy one, I've got 89 points, so assuming it's an issue with the website. Anyone else getting it?

I'm assuming it is an issue, but may as well double check, have you definitely assigned the owner to your account?
 
Having the same issue and have 104 points

Can tell its the same for everybody as the tickets are not going down, block I'm looking at, has been 135 tickets left for the past 45mins
Trying to call the club now but 91 in the queue
 
I'm annoyed my friend bought a 23/24 season ticket next to us but for some reason his seat hasn't been reserved for this so now he has to go sot on his own somewhere else stupid
