I was hoping no one had said him as he was my shout, very underrated. I would also suggest his team mate Ben Pearson.

Would love Jed Wallace as well, still wish we had got him instead of Saville.

He is a realistic choice. I would take him. He has Dijksteel on toast both games and that’s no mean feat. He’s a good ball carrier

Some good players in the Championship.

Buendia at Norwich is the stand out and who any other club in the league would take in a heartbeat. Brookes not far behind.

Realistically I’ve always rated both Mowett at Barnsley and Pearson at Preston. Would make a great balanced CM partnership. Going forward I was also impressed by Bela’s two performances against us. He would inject pace. It’s a shame Bright Osayi - Samual is going to Turkey as he would have been a great signing also.

He has been crap for years. This is the first good productive season in his career.

That’s incorrect. In his last 96 games in this league he has 39 goals. This season has taken him from 1 in 3 to 1 in 2.5.

Under woodgate I would agree. Britt and Akpom have been getting chances. They have been missing them.

I don't think we will ever create 10 chances a match. So if you get 2-3 you need to put them away.

Even under pulis we were creating and missing chances (that 7 game winless run we battered some sides but Hugill/Britt/Rudy and Fletcher couldn't hit a barn door).

He would be a good shout but I guess he doesn’t really count at the moment as he’s currently a prem striker

Interesting looking at some of these drop downs, we're 9th for attempted shots (if we'd had two more shots we'd be 6th), so a better finisher as a priority?

Very young squad too!

So looking at that, Jed Wallace, Adam Armstrong and maybe Harvey Elliot would transform us?

I liked the lad Josh Koroma from Huddersfield. Thought he was outstanding against us. Sure we were linked with him before he ended up there actually. Koroma and Bela would be realistic signings for wide areas in my opinion. Daniel Johnson is a player I have always liked too for that something different in midfield.

For a striker I think we would need to look at other divisions and countries as I’m not sure there is any realistic ones who would improve us. Woodrow maybe but I would like someone more physical
