I'm currently with Bulb, my bills are currently creeping up. So am looking to change. Plus I'm nearly £600 in credit. Any thoughts people
We used them for 2 years when they first came on the scene, superb customer service and decent price. Left after they hiked the price up by nearly 150%. That was with a smart meter installed halfway through our time with them and household use been exactly the same throughout, i.e gas and electric hardly used except weekends.I'm currently with Bulb, my bills are currently creeping up. £700 in credit?? None of the main suppliers would allow that to happen as they constantly review DD payments. On the one rare occasion I built up some credit they automatically refunded it.Just asked for a refund, didn't realise it was nearly 700 quid credit. I'll await till I get it in my bank then start looking around.
We were with them but got stung for a £1k bill because the meter hadnt been working properly and we were underpaying for 2 years, so set up a direct debit to clear the balance and moved companies. We used them for 2 years when they first came on the scene, superb customer service and decent price.
