I used buy a bread bun sarnie (more like a Stotty cake) in Newcastle, Chicken, Sweet Chilli, Peanut Butter and lettuce. Top ho tbh. Those were the days
Now
I have marmalade on 7 seeded toast bread on a Saturday Morning.
But porridge with fresh Strawberry's Raspberry and Blackberrys every morning for a week.
The wife makes me overnight oats every evening to eat for breakfast the following day, but I let it get to room temp as it hurts my teeth if its to cold.
I drink Root beer or water, lots of water, 1 or 2 cups of Tea.
Haven't drunk beer for a while now
I eats lots of Fresh Salmon, tinned salmon, fresh Cod, Fresh Mackerel, Kippers from Tesco, so I should have a lot of Mercury inside me
Rarely eat red meat at all, Sweet potatoes or new Potatoes over chips - something I rarely eat these days. Crab pate on brown bread toast.
I had a Mc Breakfast thing one morning the youngest son bought me, wow ! Coffee was great and the sausage was flat and round.
The wife uses one of those fantastic soup makers I love the fresh butternut and chilli soup ( bit hot for me at times) Not a fan of foreign muck. Favourite meal is a Sunday dinner. I was in USA few weeks back and everyday was fish and mash with green beans and this sort of strange gravy.
I like to make a fresh sliced beetroot cheese and tomato sarnie with reggae reggae sauce.
Anyway sorry for going off topic, eat fish mate, it helps you not to concentrate as well.
