So we got Warnock'd today and we should've really seen it coming.
It's probsbly spelt the end of our Automatic promotion hunt because of their game in hand and easier Fixtures. That's not to say its completely over but it looks that way.

However you can take absolutely nothing away from this incredible season our club has had. We are currently 10 points clear of 7th place with 7 remaining.
With 21 points to play for, that means we are 3 wins and a draw (11 points) away from securing our place in this seasons play offs which is absolutely miraculous

Its looking increasingly likely it will be ourselves, Luton, Milwall and Blackburn with West Brom still fighting to get in there but their game is hand is away to Sheffield United.

I have never been so confident that we could win a playoff set of fixtures as I am this season. Its so important that we wrap up 3rd or 4th and get that fixture at fortress Riverside for the 2nd leg.

Under Carrick we have beaten all three of those sides and comfortably looked better than all 3 of them. We have creativity, goal scorers and before today a very solid defence. I love Paddy but Fry has to start the remaining games.

I'm gonna stick my neck on the line here and say we're gonna win the play offs. Our attacking talent on that Wembley turf, the thought of it sends shivers. The thought of Chuba scoring the winner at Wembley and completing the greatest redemption arc on history is also spine tingling.

I said this a few weeks ago. I think it's the destiny of our season, to emulate Forest last season and go all the way.

I'm so confident and I'll bring the positivity!

Except three wins and a draw isn't 11 points
 
We play great football but the playoffs requires attitude and ABILITEH. We have the latter in spades, the former? It’s over to Carrick and the lads.
 
If there’s a manager we’ve had I think could pull it off it’s Carrick. Play-off’s is about holding your nerve and he’s very calm, but I will be cacking it the entire time 😂
 
whilst agreeing we are in a great position for the Play offs I dont take anything for granted after following Boro since 1969.... owt can happen
