We were linked with him last transfer window.. plus he is out of contract in the summer with only one 45 minuite fa cup appearances for them this season.

there will definitely be a few players leaving bormuff this window, and stacey and particularly lowe would seem very likely. lowe would be a great signing for a top champo club, has the knack of scoring and great attitude. stacey is a solid, if not outstanding, champo player - great commitment, gets forward, crosses - defending perhaps not quite so good.

Looks like the source is dubious to say the least, but would be surprised if we weren't looking at Lowe. Definitely a position we need to strengthen, bags of championship experience, good character and available it would seem.

No resale value, but if you can get him for circa £1m - £1.5m at his age you should get 3 years at least out of him, it's a fair price, we've wasted more on loan signings in the past. Stumbling block would possibly be wages with him being at a prem club?
