John Lundstram

We are currently being linked with a lot of midfielders, Payero and JLS have barely featured, Tav is/was linked with Leeds/Newcastle.

I wonder if outgoing moves are afoot?

Surely Payero and JLS were signed by the director of football? I'd be surprised if they were brought in due to being on Warnock's radar.

I'll be disappointed if Tav leaves. I know he isn't having his best season but I think he's decent and there's a chance we're about to have a successful season. Newcastle would be an awful move for him. Probably end up relegated this season anyway and then barely feature for them after they've had another few transfer windows to throw money around.

Howson Lundstram
Crooks Payero
Tav Mcgree

2 players for each position in the midfield, makes perfect sense
If Tav Leaves you replace him with Boyd Munce but 6 midfielders with all the characterisics for the certain roles within the midfield

Lumley Daniels Brynn
Jones
McNair Fry Dijksteel Peltier Bamba
Bola Taylor
Howson Payero Crooks Tav Boyd Munce
Sporar Balogun Watmore Connolly Hernandez Uche

I think with the two midfielders and a new Keeper we'll be sound

Officially Kieran Scott started work on September the 1st I believe. So technically, and legally as far as Norwich are concerned I assume, none of the signings in the summer window were made by him.

I think, but we knew he was in post for months before that, so find it highly unlikely that there weren't a few off the record conversations. As you say, they're certainly not Warnock signings.

JLS obviously hasn't worked out at all, Payero in a few cameos has looked a useful player. But the three starters are obviously doing what is required of them currently, so it would be difficult to drop one.

Be interesting to see if Wilder gets another DM in and a LCB how that effects the Howson role, McNair covering in DMC and which midfielders are his three starters if we sign McGree and Lundstrom.

He's clealy got a vision and a desire to have his starters with a like for like on the bench judging by our transfer dealings with the forwards
